Working group

In the early stages of a project, or to get it up and running, workgroups are common practice in the workplace. Beyond the substantive subjects to be addressed, the organization and facilitation of these collective sessions are often neglected (due to lack of time), even though they are just as important to the success of the project. In fact, managing the pace of the meeting, organizing the working sessions and balancing the demands made on the participants are key to the success of any group work.

The Bankiva office offers to lead working groups on animal welfare:

  • as part of a specific project
  • to initiate a specific reflection (in the form of a consultation, for example)
  • to lead a monitoring committee

These working groups can involve members of the same team, or several departments within the same company, with the presence of partners (suppliers or customers) or other stakeholders (scientific experts, NGOs, etc.).

The Bankiva office supports you in the discussions leading up to the setting up of working groups and in facilitating exchanges, by identifying the expectations and needs specific to each sector and theme. If required, we can carry out consultations, literature reviews, maps of key players, etc.
